Liquid nitrogen cryostats operate at temperatures in the range from 65 K to 700 K. They are light weight, simple to use and simple to refill with liquid nitrogen. Access to the sample compartment is provided by a quick disconnect clamp. Samples are mounted in a 3” diameter vacuum space.
